Jenet Agbor

Jenet Agbor is an award-winning Cameroonian filmmaker and writer with a degree in Management from Buea University and Business administration with specialisation in Marketing from Umeå University. She brings a strategic and logistic approach to her visual storytelling.

With a 10 years experience in the film industry, Jenet’s credits in both short and feature films include four fiction films, one documentary film and three music videos. Her projects have been broadcast on national television channels and selected for festivals.

Abstract:

It is obvious that customers are important stakeholders in organizations and their satisfaction is a priority to management. Customer satisfaction has been a subject of great interest to organizations and researchers alike. In recent years, organizations are obliged to render more services in addition to their offers.
